Valentina Maxwell-Tansley: Melbourne, Australia; I'm a professional performing arts manager, producer, programmer, administrator and venue manager. I've worked for lots of organisations including Arts Centre Melbourne, Regional Arts Victoria, City of Whitehorse, L'Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival, the State Government of Victoria and the Nottingham Arts Theatre (UK). I hold a Master of Arts degree in Cultural Management and am part of the Arts Advisory Panel for City of Melbourne.
